The Anthros comes with a 12-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's covered:
• Structural frame and mechanism
• Gas lift cylinder
• Back panel and pad system
• Fabric defects (not general wear)
• Arms and arm pads
What's not covered:
• Normal wear and tear over many years (foam softening, minor surface wear)
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or use beyond the weight capacity
• Cosmetic issues that don't affect function
How to file a claim:
1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number
2. Describe the issue — include photos if possible
3. We'll assess the claim and arrange a resolution: replacement part, repair, or chair replacement
Most issues are resolved with a replacement part shipped directly to you — no need to send the whole chair back.
