Before you start:
• Returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving your chair
• The chair must be in like-new condition (reasonable use is expected — it just can't be damaged)
• Refurbished or open-box chairs are not eligible for return
How to return:
1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number
2. We'll arrange a pickup — you don't need to organize shipping yourself
3. Once we receive the chair and confirm condition, your refund is processed
Refund details:
• US lower 48 states: Full refund including original shipping
• International orders: Full refund minus return shipping costs
• Refund goes back to your original payment method
• Processing time: 10-14 business days after we receive the chair
