Once we receive your returned chair and verify it's in like-new condition, here's the timeline:
• Refund processing: 5-7 business days after we receive the chair
• Bank processing: An additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account — this varies by bank and card issuer
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We don't issue store credit unless you specifically request it.
