The Anthros chair is designed as an active task chair. The two-part back system is designed to position and support the pelvis in neutral which naturally supports the spine and neck in neutral. With the spine and neck in neutral, the head is in an optimal position and is being supported without the need for a headrest. We have listened to our customers who would like a headrest for long-term tilting for watching TV, relaxing or gaming, etc and we are beginning the design process.
