Anthros has a 30-day refund policy on our chairs, which is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser of the chair and not valid for any gift goat holders, due to the fact that it was a "gift". Our policy with the warranty is that all of the components on the chair will have a limited 12-year warranty. The full warranty will transfer to any gift goat resells, up until the ship date. After the chair is shipped, we will not transfer any warranties.
