In our current design, we do not have a headrest. We encourage active/dynamic sitting and moving from the tilted to active positions while working. A headrest is commonly used with office chairs that recline all the way backwards to inactive sitting such as watching a movie. That is not the intent with the Anthros office chair. However, our small but mighty team is constantly working on product development so stay tuned for exciting announcements!
