The Precision Posture System uses a two-part back design that allows the pelvis and upper spine to be supported independently. Proper adjustment helps stabilize your pelvis so your spine can align naturally.
1. Adjust the Lower Back Pad (Pelvis Support)
Start with the pelvis support in the most rearward position.
Sit as deep as possible in the seat without the front edge creating pressure behind your knees.
Sit in your most upright posture.
Depending on your height, your position relative to the pelvis support may vary:
Taller users may sit right up against the pelvis support.
Shorter users may sit slightly in front of it.
The goal is for the pelvis support to help hold your pelvis in a neutral position.
Adjustment test:
Try to slouch or roll your pelvis backward.
Gradually turn the dial to bring the pelvis support forward until you are no longer able to tilt your pelvis backward.
For taller users who begin right against the pelvis support, you may not need to bring it forward much—if at all. The key test is whether the pelvis support prevents you from slouching or tilting your pelvis backward.
2. Adjust the Upper Back Pad (Thoracic Support)
The upper back pad provides light balance support for your upper spine.
Bring the upper back pad forward until it just meets your upper back.
It should help you feel balanced and supported, not pushed forward.
When the support feels natural and balanced, your adjustment is complete.
