Anthros includes a full Tilt-Decompress System with five posture-preserving tilt positions designed to support every sitting style, from upright focus to deep decompression breaks.
Unlocked Tilt Modes:
Free-Float Decompress Mode:
Allows smooth movement between –2° and ~8° (varies by tension). Ideal for long work sessions and subtle spinal unloading without losing monitor alignment.Full Decompress Mode (16°):
A deeper tilt used for stretching, breaks, or phone calls. Provides maximum spinal relief. Not recommended for computer work due to natural forward-head shift.
Locked Tilt Modes:
–2° Active Mode: A slight forward tilt for upright, high-focus tasks.
1° Standard Mode: Your neutral, everyday working posture (the default shipping position).
5° Decompress Mode: A functional tilted working posture that reduces gravitational load while maintaining excellent head and spinal alignment.
All tilt modes are designed to maintain your posture while reducing the downward pressure of gravity without sliding, shearing, or collapsing your posture. Free Float Decompress Mode and 5° Decompress Mode are highly recommended for long sitting hours.
